An AUTHOR creates, a DIRECTOR leads, a STAR is born, and a DREAM COMES TRUE! I teach Kindergarten in a high-need community.

Even though our community may be in need of supplies, materials and equipment. We are not in need of ideas, dreamers, achievers, and leaders. My students have all the same wants and dreams as the next kid, but due to circumstances beyond our control they are left to think about obtaining simple needs.

That is why I need this Flip video camera to help develop their creativity, ideas, design, dreams and aspirations through video. This Flip camera will empower them to work together as a team to create movies, help them record science experiments, give them an opportunity to see how well they can read and execute other academic skills. Most of my students don't own anything technological. This Flip Video Camera is so easy to use that my students will be using it themselves. This will be a great experience for most of them to hold something so new on the technological edge that they will obtain a sense of pride in what they are doing or are a part of.
