Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students deserve only the VERY best! My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where my student actors feel comfortable taking chances, collaborating, and growing as an artist and person. I currently have a small classroom with many students that I have the pleasure of teaching theatre arts to in our space.

I would like to provide my students with the necessary supplies to encourage collaboration in small groups.

A portable easel and stackable seating will allow my students to create a small work environment for small group work, planning, and rehearsal purposes. My students enjoy taking ownership of their space and their learning. These materials will allow them to set up their space as they deem necessary for group discussions and scene work.
