My Project

For many years, my Drama students have been limited in performing a fully equipped show due to a lack of technology. While teaching the aspects of Drama has its limitations, the students are limitless in their specific talents and abilities. I aim to obtain one iPad, one laptop, and one corded microphone to connect to the audio-visual equipment. This would allow full access to lights, sound, and visuals on the school stage.

Obtaining the aforementioned devices would also allow students the ability to perform a one-act stage play.

My students have displayed their talents in district-level events while receiving superior and excellent ratings. They deserve the chance to perform their superior talent for their families and peers.

Having this equipment would allow me to offer training to students who may not enjoy being on the stage, but who enjoy the responsibility of lighting and sound. This allows having more well-rounded and well-versed Drama students.
