My Students

The students at my building teach me the meaning of resilience every year. At a 100% free breakfast, lunch, and end of day meal school we have to be creative with our resources.

This project will provide a reliable camera and tripod to our team of virtual teachers working with young fives, kindergarten, first grade, and second-grade students.

This population of students is learning from home in our virtual classrooms for a variety of reasons. With Covid-19 forcing school closures and fractured consistency, these families have decided to partner in their child's education and learn virtually. Please help us provide them the steady and clear lessons they deserve by helping us purchase a camera that is clear enough for them to see the work on the board and the words on their virtual pages.

My Project

My district is going above and beyond to reach every child by offering face to face and virtual options for their school year. I am the virtual teacher for the young five students and kindergarteners. Having a clear and steady camera will be imperative as I film our lessons for them to view from home. I have set up all my curriculum and materials in a stage-like atmosphere. I just need YOU to help me get the tools necessary to bring our lessons to life. By helping our school get a camera with a microphone and a stand we will be able to film our content lessons clearly and effectively for our virtual learners. Without this mouse, camera, tripod, and material organizers my virtual lessons would be choppy and blurry. Thank you for providing us the tools necessary to give them the thoughtful and effective education they need.
