This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My littles have a wonderful imagination. These materials would enhance their play and provide many opportunities for language and vocabulary development.

Our dramatic play center has the basics but needs more thematic props such as the camping set, baking props, and other thematic related materials.

By providing these props, the littles have an opportunity to bring thematic units to life and internalize and use the vocabulary being learned.

Even though I provide many opportunities for them to use new academic vocabulary, there is nothing like playing with their peers to naturally use and build language skills.

These materials will be used for many years to come.
