My Project

Our amazing Urban Agriculture and Plant Science students are getting more and more excited to grow now that spring is coming! Our class is growing (pun intended) in size and we are in need of more lights to start our plants indoors before we move them to our hydroponics systems and our outdoor garden.

These two light banks will help increase the space we have to start young seedlings and plant cuttings.

We are learning all about the different ways to propagate plants, and having the opportunity to practice these methods will be a huge help for our students. They are excited to start new houseplants, vegetables, and even try to grow pineapples from their tops! Our students have many wonderful, creative ideas that we want to try out. These light banks will allow us to do them all.
