My Project

As an ELA teacher I have the pleasure of sharing my love for literature and writing! My students come from various backgrounds and situations, and while they bring so much diversity and knowledge to my classroom, they often times also bring anxiety and trauma. All of my students are different, but they all have one thing in common: they want a classroom that is warm and welcoming to all.

With the materials in this project my goal is to make the students feel more at home when they are at school by giving them a comfy, cozy place to do class work.

My students are deserving of a place to feel comfortable and safe. With your donation we will be able to get an entry table for organization, hanging plants for tranquility, and better lighting for mood improvement. By donating, you'll be helping us get one step closer to these goals for my learners.
