Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students participate in a self-contained behavioral special education classroom. They are often several grade levels behind their peers academically and have an aversive relationship with traditional academic materials and learning styles.

Your donation would give my students a unique multi-sensory light-up learning table to engage and motivate them to access learning in a new, fun way.

My students greatly benefit from movement and sensory input when learning. This table will give them sensory input while working on academic tasks. They can find letters to create words, build translucent puzzles that strengthen visual/spatial awareness, solve math mysteries with glowing manipulatives, and so much more!

Without your donation, my students would not have had access to a special product like this. Sparking an interest in education is a gift that can create a path of light for their entire future.
