Light It Up Right!

My students need this LED light kit to add a more professional look to our performances. We will be sharing this gear with our Theatre Department as well!

My Students

The students in my chorus program are builders of community . Our school is one of the most diverse schools in our area, with a very wide range of economic and ethnic backgrounds. They are accepting and welcoming to all. Everyone has a home in our chorus family!

The students in our choirs work far above and beyond what is required of similar students to bring music to life for our community.

Each of them spends significant time outside the classroom to be adequately prepared for our exciting performances. They are shining examples of what high school students can achieve when they are challenged!

My Project

Each year, we put on a huge final concert to end our season. The kids perform at a high level, the music is exciting, and the costumes and choreography add a special touch that elevates the concert above our shows from earlier in the year.

A key ingredient is missing from our performances - lighting effects!

Funds for replacing bulbs in our house system are hard to come by, and there is no creative capability available beyond covering some of our limited fixtures with gels for color. These Chauvet LED light kits allow us to emulate pro-style lighting on a budget!

In addition, our project will be shared with our school's Theatre Department, which will be able to use the lights all year long to add special touches to both straight and musical plays!
