My Project

Please help me to start my middle school Science classes off with a bang. I will teach Earth, Space or Life Science to an energetic group of 6th, 7th and 8th graders that includes regular education, new comers, and students with disabilities The requested resources will provide learning opportunities to 105 students.

The Solar System models projectors will be a fun way to learn about the 8 planets in our Solar System and play with toys!

My 6th graders(40 students) will love this as we explore the Universe and beyond.

My 7th grader(25) in all will benefit from the New Path Learning vocabulary posters. The posters will helps promote literacy with visual representation of Science concepts and vocabulary . Students will be able to compare and contrast, use graphic organizers and learn new vocabulary terms.

The 8th graders(40) students will benefit from all of the resources as well. We will use the resources to review and prepare for state testing. The New Path posters will be an asset as we learn about the Periodic table and use the Stem/Steam posters in class.

I believe that all students want to learn and be successful in school, My job is to provide meaningful activities that support the Science standards and make learning fun. All of the students this year will qualify for free lunch so we need help to bring my classes to life..
