My Project
I'm setting the foundation for learning in this year of Kindergarten. We have a lot to do and just a little time to do it!
Learning through play is the only way. Fine motor development is essential for young learners. We are building our hand muscles now so that we can hold the pencils to share our creative thinking. We will use tweezers, clay, cutting and rolling tools, and lots of sorting to strengthen those tiny fingers. This purchase will give plenty of playful opportunities to meet fine motor goals.
Wondering and science go hand in hand. I'm creating some wondering stations with magnifying glasses, footprint fossils, and plants. We will refine our observation skills and engage in meaningful inquiries throughout the year.
