it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Access to GimKit Pro for one exciting year will be incredibly impactful for our students as they build the real-world skills they need to thrive.
GimKit is an interactive, game-based learning platform that allows students to engage in meaningful practice with life skills such as budgeting, job readiness, and communication.
The platform’s real-time feedback and fun, gamified approach help boost motivation, retention, and participation for all learners. In addition to GimKit, we are requesting several thoughtful resources to support our students' emotional growth, literacy development, and classroom responsibilities. Emotions throw pillows will help students identify and express feelings in a safe, visual way—supporting self-awareness and social-emotional learning. Reading strips will aid students with visual tracking and focus during reading activities, building their confidence as developing readers. Teacher mail notes will be used to provide positive, personalized feedback and encouragement. A charging station will ensure our classroom devices are always ready to support digital learning and interactive lessons.
Together, these tools will help create a supportive, inclusive learning environment where students feel seen, motivated, and ready to tackle their goals—at school, at work, and in life.
