My Project

My students are energetic, determined, and eager to improve their health and fitness. They inspire me daily with their commitment to becoming stronger, faster, and healthier. Fitness testing is more than just exercise—it’s a life skill that teaches them how to track their health, set goals, and build lifelong habits for wellness.

To support their growth, I’m requesting essential fitness assessment equipment like push-up mats, sit-and-reach boxes, scales, flexible rulers, and stopwatches.

These tools will allow students to accurately measure their progress in key areas of physical fitness, including strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall health. By using these resources, they will gain hands-on experience in self-assessment, goal-setting, and data tracking, helping them understand the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

My goal is to empower students with the knowledge and skills to take control of their fitness. Through this project, they will learn how to track their results, analyze improvements, and make informed decisions about their health. These are essential life skills that will benefit them far beyond the classroom.

What makes my students special is their enthusiasm and determination. No matter their fitness level, they push themselves to improve and support one another in their journey. With your help, they will have the resources they need to succeed and develop lifelong habits that promote health and well-being. Thank you for making a difference in their lives!
