This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
At our school, many of our students come from Spanish-speaking homes, but most of the books in our library are only in English. That’s why we need your help! We're on a mission to fill our shelves with beautiful, engaging, and high-quality books in Spanish that reflect the language and culture of so many of our young learners.
Reading in your home language helps build confidence, strengthens family connections, and creates a joyful foundation for learning.
With your support, we’ll be able to offer more books that spark imagination and celebrate the voices of all our students.
The library should be a place where every child sees themselves in the stories, and that starts with having books in the languages they speak and love. Let’s build a library that speaks to everyone.
Thank you for helping us make reading more inclusive, one page at a time!
