Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting furniture organization for our classroom that will capture my students' imaginations and provide a cozy nook in our classroom. Access to a classroom library will afford my students the opportunity to delve more fully into the content area of different stories and build their background knowledge while pursuing areas of interest to them.
They have a thirst for knowledge and love subjects like animals, cultures and science that they can explore with a favorite book series in a comfy space.
I love making sure that our classroom environment is a space that they can call their home away from home.
