My Project

This project will support student interest in learning about major historical events and figures through appropriate reading level books. Such as about Martin Luther King Jr. Frida Kahlo and Frank Gandhi, Amelia Earhart and many others. Also a historical fiction, book series, Ranger in Time, for our historical fiction fans! These resources will also help our students get excited about reading by supplying them with their favourite book series Mr. Putter and Tabby as well as a book series based on one of their on demand topics- mermaids! Our classroom is in need of whiteboard markers, eraser caps, and more shelf markers for students to use when looking for books. Also, the floor dots will help our younger students know where they are expected to sit during library as well as help students identify different areas of the library.
