My Students

Our school is unlike any other. We are the only Distance Ed School in our district. What makes us even more different though is unlike Distance Ed schools, our students actually come to class. The teachers here are diverse and we cover all subjects with our students. This is why we are in need of books.

We are starting a school library from scratch to show kids the wonderment of reading.

We are hoping to buy a variety of books that will help to encourage student reading, and learning skills.

My Project

As my school is small and slowly building, we are also building our library. All of these books will go to helping kids enjoy and have a variety of books. These books will allow students who may not have the chance or knowledge to know what are "classics" this allows them to read those stories that live on for a lifetime.

Some of my student also struggle.

By having books that are enjoyable not only can we teach them the joy of reading, but we can also help them practice improving their reading skills and abilities.
