This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year marks the beginning of my journey as a new teacher, having accepted a position in a preschool classroom. As a completely new classroom, it unfortunately didn't come with many resources.
My students require and desire books for our class, and I'm seeking your assistance!
Unfortunately, there is no funding available for my classroom, so I am in need of additional books. While I received ten books at the start of the year, I am eager to enhance our student library.
Students thoroughly enjoy our read-aloud sessions, and they have been expressing a keen interest in having new books in the classroom! Introducing titles such as Chicka Chicka Boom Boom!, Goodnight Moon, Parts!, and any other books will not only enhance their learning but also provide them with the opportunity to explore the world through literature in our classroom.
