This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project is the best one yet! My students and I are in need of a piece of furniture that will keep our class library books nicely stored. Currently, our books are kept in several book bins.
Having a storage cabinet to store library books will make our classroom look nice and tidy.
This is true especially when we have visitors in our room.
I am also requesting some books that discuss spending and saving to add to our library collection. Financial literacy is a concept that we learn about in our math curriculum. Therefore, I think that exposing my students to these types of books will emphasize the importance of saving money.
