Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
More than 100 students visit our high school library every day during their lunch and free periods, as well as after school. We currently offer a monthly book club, weekly game club, and free movie screenings for those looking to supplement their academic activities throughout the day.
This project will allow us to expand our access to diverse, creative, and experimental games to all students who visit the library through Library Arcade.
Some of the most original games are currently only available on PC and we often work with game developers and publishers to make these available to students.
