My Project
Our high school academy is known for its rigor and high expectations for students. One of our instructional pillars is to create cognitively demanding tasks that challenge students to think deeply and prepare them for college and life beyond high school. Design thinking and project based learning allows students to practice their creativity while also creating a meaningful product that showcases their learning.
Having 3D printers in the library offers students the ability to combine art and humanities projects with science and technology skills.
Our school library currently has multiple 3D printers that are several years old and often have technical issues. Our current 3D printers have significant downtime, and require troubleshooting before almost every 3D print.
Please help our students reach their full creative and scientific potential by contributing to an updated, more reliable 3D printer and 3Doodler pens.
