Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I service a student population of gifted and talented and want to help service their interests by introducing them to history in the form of biographies. I also have students who are not quite on grade level and want to help build their confidence by supplying them with books that they would be able to read and comprehend that supports them on their own academic level. I love how I can help foster a love of reading each year by tailoring my classroom library to the needs of my student population.
