Leveled Readers for Every Child's Reading Level

My students need a variety of books like Biscuit, Bear Hugs, I like Bugs and much more at their independent reading level to continue to strengthen their reading skills.

My Students

All of my wonderful students benefit from additional support to achieve their learning goals and use technology to both access the curriculum and track individual progress. Our urban school community is amazing and we all work hard to foster a supportive learning environment for our students.

Given the financial constraints that our district faces, we are always looking for ways to ensure our students receive the access to the support materials and technology they need and deserve.

We believe our students deserve to have the same opportunities that those in more financially fortunate school districts have. It's our goal to do all that we can to provide this for them.

My Project

Reading is a challenge for all of my students. When something is a challenge, resistance towards the task is often common. For learners, a love for reading is a necessity. I want to provide my students with a variety of books that are at an appropriate level for each learner.

My goal is to instill a love for reading in each and every one of my students.

Having a library full of books like Biscuit, Berenstain Bears, 101 Dalmatians, Cat Traps and much more readily available to them will hopefully help aid in this process. Students will be able to borrow books to take home and read with their families once my low-reading-level book selection grows.
