This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Imagine a classroom buzzing with engaged learning, where technology empowers diverse learners and unlocks their dormant potentials. This is the future I see for my students, especially those learning English, with the help of an Apple iPad. This powerful tool holds the key to unlocking a world of opportunity, fostering deeper understanding, and nurturing a love for learning.

As my English Language Learners face unique challenges in their educational journey, the iPad may help them reach goals such as immersive learning and pronunciation practice among others.

It even extends beyond English acquisition. The iPad will become a versatile tool to expose them to differentiated learning through apps tailored to their individual learning need and learning styles. Additionally, it has always been my mission as a teacher to ignite in my students a love for learning. One way to do it is to equip them for the tech-driven world. If fortunately this project would be funded, this will not only help them be engaged, but more so, it will encourage them to brim with curiosities and thirst for knowledge which is one of my ultimate goals as their teacher.
