This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I hope this message finds you well. As a passionate second grade teacher, I am constantly seeking ways to enhance the learning experience for my students and foster a love for reading that will last a lifetime. Today, I'm reaching out to you with a special request that I believe will make a significant difference in our classroom: leveled book bins.

Leveled book bins are essential tools that allow me to tailor reading materials to each student's individual needs and abilities.

By organizing books into leveled sets, I can ensure that every child has access to texts that are appropriate for their reading level, thus promoting confidence and success in their reading journey.

Unfortunately, acquiring these leveled book bins and the corresponding books can be a costly endeavor, and as a teacher, my resources are limited. That's why I'm reaching out to you for support. Your donation towards our leveled book bin project will not only provide my students with access to a diverse range of reading materials but will also empower them to become confident and enthusiastic readers.
