My students need manipulatives for our light panel to explore letters, numbers, shapes, and more. We also need storage options for all of our light panel materials.

We are an inclusion program in an urban school located in a community that has limited resources. We are a very diverse group that includes students with a variety of learning differences and needs. Many of my students have sensory and gross motor needs that we address throughout the day. As a result, we need more materials, and a wider variety of materials, than a typical classroom would contain.
Materials that encourage the creativity of designing a series of tasks and then the cooperation and determination to complete those tasks will support my students physical, emotional, social, and academic needs.Because of these differences, we need more options for materials to use in order to be engaged and successful in our classroom family.
We work to encourage everyone to do their best and try to find fun, engaging ways to support our growth.
We are requesting manipulatives that will work with our light table to create activity to help my students learn while also providing sensory support to keep them engaged in the activity. Many of my students have diverse learning needs and do not benefit from traditional "paper and pencil" activities. We are constantly looking for new and exciting ways to review the foundational skills that are so important in early childhood education.
These materials will be used with our light panel to allow my students to review literacy and math skills in a unique way that allow them to use 3-dimensional objects for tactile input and the opportunity to explore color mixing and shadows for visual support within a single activity.
Building these foundational skills is vital and these materials will allow us to build those skills while also meeting my students unique learning needs and styles.
