This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional learning options that are not just pencil and paper options to make more effective learning choices. The Magna-Tiles are adjustable and will allow students to sort, learn about shapes, know colors and build beyond the four sided wooden blocks I grew up with. These will be extremely beneficial for some students that just need to use their imagination in different ways. The puzzles will not only reinforce number, letter and sound recognition but allow students to use those fine motor skills daily!

I have seen how choice can positively affect my students work and demeanor and hope that the additional options will help us grow even more!
