My Project
As an instructional coach dedicated to fostering teacher growth and improving student outcomes, I am seeking funding for high-quality recording equipment through DonorsChoose.
This technology will allow me to capture students' CURRENT REALITY in the classroom, enabling them to review their own behavioral practices and gain valuable insights.
According to Jim Knight, instructional coaching expert and researcher, getting a clear picture of current reality can be eased by one simple thing: videos of classroom teaching. “When you use video in coaching, it’s a dramatically different experience,” said Jim during his recent conversation with Edthena CEO, Adam Gellar.
