Because of your kindness, my students now have access to materials that have already made a meaningful difference in our classroom environment and learning experience.\r\nThe thermal printer has been a powerful instructional tool. It allows me to quickly create visual supports, labels, and learning materials tailored to my students' individual needs. These visuals help reinforce concepts, support independence, and make learning more accessible and engaging for all learners.\r\nThe Power Pens have brought a new level of excitement and confidence to skill practice. Students are eager to participate, and the immediate feedback helps them self-correct and stay motivated. These tools have transformed practice time into an interactive and enjoyable experience that builds both academic skills and self-esteem.\r\nYour support also helped provide essential classroom supplies such as Clorox wipes and tissues. These items play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, healthy learning environment. Fewer interruptions due to illness mean more time for instruction, learning, and connection.\r\nBecause of you, my students feel supported, cared for, and excited to learn each day. Your generosity goes far beyond supplies. You have directly impacted student engagement, comfort, and success. The \"How Do You Feel?\" chart and calm-down tools have already made a big difference in our daily routines. Students start each morning by choosing how they feel and placing their sticks in the matching pocket. This simple activity has helped them recognize and name their emotions, and it has also given me a clearer picture of who may need extra attention, encouragement, or a quiet moment.\r\n\r\nThe excitement on their faces when they first saw the materials was unforgettable. Many of them rushed over to explore the emotion bottles and instantly began shaking and turning them to watch the colors move. One student said, \"This helps me feel calm,\" while another proudly pointed to the \"I feel proud\" card and told the class why. The emotion station has quickly become a safe and inviting spot where students go when they feel overwhelmed and need a moment to self-regulate.\r\n\r\nBecause of your donation, we are now able to incorporate daily emotional check-ins and teach coping strategies using hands-on tools. Our next steps include guiding students to use the calm-down bottles independently and helping them practice positive communication when expressing their feelings. Your kindness has not only added supplies to our classroom — it has created meaningful moments of growth, confidence, and connection for every student.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in my students and helping us build a caring, supportive classroom community.","fullyFundedDate":1756855372437,"projectUrl":"project/simple-supplies-big-impact/9473498/","projectTitle":"Simple Supplies, Big Impact!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Begum","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9625560_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1739594313985","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9625560"},{"teacherId":1503367,"projectId":9533106,"letterContent":"Thank you once again for donating to my classroom project. Your donation has already made a meaningful impact on my students' learning, especially in math and writing. The new markers, crayons, pencils, and highlighters have become essential tools in our daily skill-building lessons.\r\n In math, students have been using the new colored supplies to practice adding and subtracting decimals. They use colors to shade decimal grids, match place values, and visually compare their work. Having enough high-quality markers and crayons for everyone has made these lessons clearer and more accessible — especially for students who need visual connections to understand abstract concepts. One student even told me, \"Now I finally get decimals! The colors make it make sense.\" Moments like that are why your support matters so much.\r\n In writing, the highlighters have become a classroom favorite. Students now \"color-code\" their paragraphs by highlighting topic sentences, details, evidence, and conclusions in different colors. This visual structure has helped students who normally struggle with writing feel more organized and confident. \r\n Even the practical supplies — Kleenex and cleaning products — have helped us maintain a clean, healthy environment so students can focus on learning. With a busy group of 5th graders, these items are absolutely essential.\r\n We're now moving into the next steps of our math and writing units, where students will use these supplies to strengthen their skills even further. In math, students will continue modeling decimals, fractions, and multi-step problems using color-coded strategies. In writing, they'll begin a multi-paragraph piece where they'll highlight claims, supporting evidence, and transitions using the new highlighters.\r\n Your generosity didn't just provide supplies — it elevated the way my students learn. You helped make math clearer, writing more meaningful, and our classroom environment brighter and more organized.\r\n Thank you for believing in my students and giving them tools that truly make a difference.","fullyFundedDate":1756755805566,"projectUrl":"project/tools-to-learn-create-and-grow/9613745/","projectTitle":"Tools to Learn, Create, and Grow!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Ferrise","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8429900"},{"teacherId":161996,"projectId":9484303,"letterContent":"Our students are so excited to use the materials for their writing.
