This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our room is full of 25 enthusiastic little learners!
It is an inclusion class that collaborates a variety of many special interests and individualized goals.
While some of my students are learning to read, count and write, some of their peers are learning to hold pencils and crayons and socialize.
In this class, we work collaboratively to build our individualized skills and celebrate our achievements TOGETHER!
My Project
These fun STEM materials will allow my little learners to use their critical thinking skills in a creative way. They will become little architects as they use their problem solving abilities through the use of these manipulatives. My kindergartners will start discovering on their own - naturally solving problems as they play and explore. Let's "STEM" into a new school year and allow children to get a hands-on introduction to STEM as they replicate real-world problems and designs. STEM will naturally inspire my students to explore challenging situations until they find a solution!
