This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students in my Crafts and Ceramics 1 and 2 classes get to experience a variety of practical arts topics in the course of a semester. Since going virtual two years ago during the COVID-19 pandemic, I have added a paper arts unit and have had nothing but great projects in return!
Although the paper arts unit has been a success the past two years, having tables to put our supplies on and a paper shredder would allow for the unit to run more smoothly.
In addition, once students finish their paper sculptures and paper quilling the tables can serve a double purpose to display their finished work!
