Let's Ride - Promoting Healthy Habits and Safe Biking
Help me give my students The items in this project will help us engage more students during our Bike to School Week and allow them to safely and comfortable ride to school throughout the year.
Help me give our students accessories for their bicycles so they can bike safely and enjoy the ride - from bike lights to phone holders, bike tools to bike locks, and items to stay warm in winter. Lesher Middle School is Fort Collins' premiere bike school! Due to our unique location and proximity to Old Town, we have a large portion of the school that regularly bikes, skates, scoots, or walks to school.
During Bike to School Week, we strive to create healthy, lifelong habits of safe biking.
To do so, we celebrate our bikers before, during, and after school while encouraging new students to ride their bikes. The items in this project will help us engage more students during our Bike to School Week and allow them to safely and comfortable ride to school throughout the year.
