I am a reading interventionist in South Carolina. My school's currently at 92% free and reduced lunch. I support students in K-2nd grade. My students range from basic beginning readers to independent readers. My goal is to create children who love books and love to read!

Each morning our students are asked to read independently. Many of our books are worn, tattered, and beaten up. Our students aren't able to read many of the books that we have pulled for them. How can I create book lovers if I don't have books for them to read?

Our students need books that are appealing to them. We need books that are on their reading level to get them excited about reading.

With your help, I can create little readers who want to read. You will make it possible for my students to think they are good readers and feel successful!
