My Project

What I love most about my students is their curiosity and eagerness to learn. My students are kind, smart and ready for new challenges. I love watching my little Pre-k'ers get excited about reading. This carpet will give them a place to sit with friends and read books together while making the book come to life by acting out the scenes. Students will create characters then they will act out the scene on the carpet. This has them sitting and laying down. It will provide a safe, comfortable and warm place for them to lay down as opposed to the cold hard floor. They will also have another rug in the music center where they can explore instruments from culture around the world. These lessons will last them through the year and beyond!
