My Project
My students are learning to read by breaking the alphabet code. English is not easy to learn, especially for English language learners.
What better way to review our new skills than to play a game?
My students are excited when they can read a word they were unfamiliar with before my instruction. I love to incorporate games that will help reinforce what they are learning. My core instruction is in literacy, so I am asking for games to help students practice initial, middle, and final sounds, flashcards to make words, and Bingo games. With these games, they can practice their new skills and feel successful when they apply their newly acquired knowledge. The animal guessing games will help with their speaking and listening skills.
