My Project

My students are getting to where they want to play board games or do large floor puzzles. I have done this with previous classes and it really helped some of my students to learn how to take turns or to lose a game and not get overly upset. I am hoping to teach these students as well how to play games such as these in a small group and take turns and perhaps even lose the game but still have a good time playing it. Their social and emotional growth is important to build and these games and puzzles will give them the opportunity to try out these skills we are learning about with social and emotional tools to handle situations.
