My Project
We are so excited to start our new unit on exercise. Throughout this unit, our students will learn about the different types of exercises, how our bodies work and what it needs when we exercise, and how we stay safe while exercising.
The exercise equipment will help us transform part of our classroom into a gym where children can go to exercise, drink or eat nutritious snacks, and meditate.
We will also have books that will be used to teach students about how people around the world exercise. These books will also help explain how and why we should exercise to keep our bodies healthy!
