My Students
In our school, we have roughly 387+ students who come from all different walks of life. My students come from different home backgrounds and ethnicities as well.
Our school services grades Preschool-8 and is an elementary and intermediate school setting.
I will be moving up and teaching third grade for the 2021-2022 school year. I am so excited! I do love that different cultures are represented in a school setting! This is the grade where kids are building upon the foundational skills that they have learned so far.
My Project
Moving up to third grade, I know that some of my students will be visual learners. These kits will be beneficial to them and my self too because I will be able to demonstrate for them.
I would like to provide for them individual kits so that they can understand the concepts we are learning.
I know for myself, sometimes I learn better by seeing things instead of hearing it. By having these in my class as a resource, students can feel more confident knowing that they have an aid to guide them.
