My Project
In my school based occupational therapy groups, my students (ages 3-13) are working to build their motor skills to expand their participation in classroom activities. Having engaging interventions to capture students' interests and motivation is key to working towards our goals. We practice fine motor coordination and visual motor skills, as well as independent functioning skills like turn taking and sequencing.
Incorporating the Osmo learning system with our iPads to use during our interventions will provide an engaging medium to expand my students' technology skills while working on spelling & reading, number sense, and letter formation.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
