This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Reading is boring for the students, but they know that it is essential. It is not only about learning and knowing how to read but most especially about how they understand what they are reading. The students can use the family engagement reading pack, lap board, and games by being more engage and interested in reading. They will surely enjoy the variety of reading activities that we will be using during our after school program.
My goal in this project is to make reading more engaging to my students until it becomes their habit.
This may sound impossible to happen but there's a lot of ways to try until it becomes possible just like giving them rewards and positive praises for them to be more motivated and engaged.
