My Students

I teach the most amazing Upper Elementary students around. We focus a lot on using technology as 21st-century learners. My students strive to use critical thinking to help them in their learning.

I believe that my 21st-century students will change the world and make it a better place for all of us.

My Project

My students are learning to use 21st century skills while learning math. We use technology every day. Microsoft Office and Canvas are used daily to teach differentiated lessons that meet each student where they are in learning. The mice and headphones are essential to learning in my math classroom

Technology and Manipulatives make math fun.

Math games and manipulatives allow students to understand at a concrete and applicable level. My students are learning the why behind math. We understand the why when we can see real life connections, applications and hold models in our hands.
