My students need items that motivate and create fun learning experiences. The trampoline will be a motivation for students who give thoughtful answers, show responsibility, and show kindness to others.
My students are full of love, energy and life! They come from diverse backgrounds, so we are busy learning all subjects along with the English language and character building. The students in my class are a family, we celebrate together and learn about each other's traditions.
My students love to learn by singing, dancing, and creating.
They love to work in groups and with partners and LOVE to share their learning with anyone who will listen. My students are unstoppable and they deserve the best.
My Project
I am requesting several math materials and a trampoline for my students. These materials will increase student engagement and provide them with hands-on learning. It is much easier for students to understand math concepts when they can work it out instead of watching a teacher.
My first graders are FULL of energy and I plan on channeling that energy with a trampoline.
Students will be able to bounce on the trampoline for giving thoughtful answers, showing kindness to others, and for showing responsibility.
The math whiteboards and sequencing cards will offer extra practice for students who are struggling with number sense. These items can be used in a whole group setting or small groups.
Students will use the letter beads during their Word Work stations to build word families.
