This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The 7th Graders at HTMCV are a very assorted lot, but by and large they all love art. This class is all about reading, studying history, and then creating projects about what they've learned.
The watercolors and art paper is how they can produce their own interpretation of what they've read, so they can see themselves as authors and artists.
There are some more nuts and bolts items in this list that are no less essential--Kleenex for the viral season, and binders to keep their work organized. Thank you for supporting this classroom! You're a middle school hero!
