My Project
An ofrenda is a special altar created to honor and remember loved ones who have passed away. It's an important part of the Day of the Dead celebration in Mexico. Remember, creating an ofrenda is a respectful activity. Encourage students to approach it with sensitivity and appreciation for the cultural significance of this tradition. This will help my students understand the celebration of the day of the death in the Hispanic community. Candles, flowers, marigolds and papel picado.
