Let's Make a Comfortable Reading Corner!

Help me give my students a comfortable space to expand their reading enrichment. Students who are comfortable in their environment learn better and are more engaged.

My Project

My students are working to expand their love of reading. Our classroom has a new reading corner that could use some special seating for these special kiddos. I have 6 students who would all benefit from a soft seat of their own in this space.

Every day we have a read aloud lesson in which all kiddos are in this space.

Making this area of our room more cozy would greatly encourage some of our more timid readers to spend more time in the reading corner. This will help foster a lifetime love of reading!
