The books I’m requesting will make a big difference in my students' learning by giving them access to engaging, age-appropriate chapter books that match their growing interests and reading abilities. Many of them have already worked their way through much of our classroom library and are eager for new, exciting series to dive into. These books will help strengthen their reading fluency, comprehension, and stamina—skills that support success across all subjects.
My goal for this project is to continue fostering a genuine love of reading by providing books my students are excited about.
When students are invested in what they’re reading, they’re more likely to read independently, challenge themselves, and see reading as something joyful rather than just academic.
What makes my students special is their incredible enthusiasm for reading. They ask for time to read, talk about books with each other, and even recommend titles they hope we can add to our classroom. Their curiosity, motivation, and love for stories are truly inspiring, and I want to support that passion in every way I can.
