My Students
It is my pleasure to be able to work with a class full of curious four and five-year-old students. Their strong desire for knowledge makes every day an adventure in pre-kindergarten.
My students come in each and every day with a thirst for knowledge about the world they live in.
They come in looking for answers to their questions and they come up with new questions continuously.
In our class, we incorporate learning with hands-on activities and real-world experiences to enhance the knowledge and skills that prepares each student to be a successful member of his, or her, community.
My Project
These fun activities will draw and keep the attention of my students who are always eager to learn in a diverse environment rich with sensory play and stimulation.
With a full classroom of inquisitive young minds, we are in need of extra supplies to add to and enhance the activities of our students to supplement our daily lessons in school.
The products I have selected compliment the pre-kindergarten guidelines to assist in their learning. My students use their sense of touch to increase and improve the quality of their education. They add to their knowledge and skills by manipulating objects.
In pre-kindergarten, we have several different activity centers where students get to use manipulatives to reinforce what is taught in class. In our ABC Center, we can use the Alphabet Learning Locks to assist with letter knowledge and fine motor skills. We can use the Counting Cars game in our Math Center to continue to build our counting skills. Each resource will go to one of the nine the learning centers in our class.
