This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have students that are amazing and I want to expose them to as much reading material as possible. With so many different reading levels in the classroom, it is hard to find enough reading material for all those levels.

I want to challenge my students to read as many books as possible.

Interesting books that keep students engaged are always in need in any classroom. I want my students to find a genre they like and be able to have enough books that can make them lifelong readers.

My Project

New books are always coming out and I would like to enhance the reading experience of my students. I always have them reading and I try to expose them to many different kinds of books. With this said, I need some new reading material for my classroom library.

Every student has something that they find fascinating and want to read more about.

I try to motivate those reluctant readers by providing books on subjects they will truly enjoy.

Since I have a variety of reading levels in my classroom, I try to provide reading material for all. I do not want anyone to feel that they can't find a book that is of high interest at their reading level.
