Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My new first graders will be able to be in the big kids yard for the first time! They will use the big kids games and equipment that is located far away from the water fountain. They will need to stay hydrated while playing outside during recess and lunch.
Having reusable water bottles will give them the water that they need when they need it and help the environment as well!
Reusable water bottles are classroom essentials because they will be able to drink water not just when they are outside, but when they are thirsty in the classroom as well. My students will also have snacks available to them in case they get hungry from playing with their friends!
