Let's Hit The Road With The Motorcycle Diaries

Help me give my students copies of the novel The Motorcycle Diaries and Bookmarks, just in case we need to teach long-distance again.

My Students

I work in a large inner-city high school in Salt Lake. We have almost 3000 students. The coronavirus pandemic has been very difficult for many of our kids. In order to deal with the pandemic, most of our kids checked out laptop computers and "hotspots" in order to do any long-distance learning.

My Project

I am currently planning my classes for next school year. I have been asked to teach two totally NEW courses for me. One of those courses is Honors 10 Language Arts. I'm a little worried about the possibility of being required to teach on-line again. Although I will have a class set of The Motorcycle Diaries, I do not have enough for each student to take one home.

Students must have the necessary materials available, no matter where they are receiving their education.

I hope to be able to have enough copies, of books we will be reading, available for every one of my kids.
